This multi-faceted conglomerate of companies has many entities with needs ranging from personal injury litigation, real estate transactions, contract disputes, tenant evictions, collections, and real estate development, and the municipality entitlement process. This job opening is available because the current in house lead legal counsel will soon no longer be practicing law, leaving only one in house attorney and no lead attorney. This position would primarily oversee all legal aspects of the company and represent the company in litigation situations in court and city government meetings.
