CASE MANAGER - Adoption Agency Looking for competent, dedicated Case Manager for Birth Mothers placing infants through local adoption agency. Case Managers are responsible for supporting birth mothers through last trimester of pregnancy as they prepare to place baby for adoption. Pick up BM at airport, take on acitivities once or twice weekly, transporting to and from Dr. appts., and support during delivery and placement. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
