Single, clean, quiet female needs a 1 bedroom rental asap. I have a Section 8 voucher with SL County, and I will pay for 6 months portion of my rent up front. There is very little paperwork with the county, and a quick inspection. Then your checks come in like clockwork. Combined with my portion, your rent is virtually guaranteed. I have excellent personal references and I lived at my last apartment for over 9 years. I'm a Ph.D graduate student with a companion cat and most of the time, I study quietly and listen to soft music. I cannnot have roomates or rent single rooms in homes (with other people in them).
